Artistic oil paints are covered with four layers of glossy varnish, so the drawing will last for many years.

The product is packed in a soft velvet bag, the metal surface is protected by a transparent film.

У мого люстерка зламався замковий механізм. Спочатку язичок просто заїдав, через що люстерко постійно відкривалося, а потім зовсім запався, металева пластина з дзеркалом відійшла, і воно тепер ледь чи не розпадається на частини. Я дуже засмучена - адже надіялась користуватись ним активно і часто, а тепер воно хіба що на полиці лежить. А обміняти як брак не можу - проблеми почались уже після припинення гарантійного строку.

Скажіть, чи можливо прислати виріб до майстра на ремонт? Хай за свій кошт, мені вже однаково, але щоб я мала змогу користуватись ним далі! Я не знаю, до кого взагалі звертатися з таким ремонтом, і вже у відчаї.
