Preparation: Boil the chicken fillet in salted water. Cut the cooled meat with pineapples into large cubes, chop the nuts. According to the advice of chefs, do not cut the lettuce leaves, but tear them with your hands. Mix all the ingredients in a bowl, add salt and season with sour cream or yogurt.
Colorful vegetable salad
Ingredients: red cabbage - 700 g; bell peppers of different colors - 3 pcs.; carrot - 1 pc.; onion - 1 pc.; oil - 2 tbsp. l.; lemon juice - 1 tbsp. l.; sugar - 0.5 tbsp. l.; salt to taste.
Preparation: Cut the onion into thin quarter rings. Pour boiling water over it, add lemon juice, a little sugar and leave to marinate for 10 minutes. Then, drain the marinade. Shred the cabbage, cut the bell pepper into thin strips. Grate the carrots on a Korean carrot grater, chop the herbs.
Combine all the vegetables, add a little sugar to taste, salt and pepper to taste. Dress the vegetable salad with oil and mix.
Salad with radish and chicken breast
Ingredients: chicken breast – 100 g; radish – 50 g; cherry tomatoes – 20 g; red onion – 0.5 pcs.; lettuce – a few leaves; sour cream (20% fat) – 50 g; soy sauce – 15 ml.; olive oil – 15 ml.; dried basil, salt and ground black pepper to taste.
