It all depends on the ingredients you choose. It's worth remembering that supplements should be natural, and tea should be free of dyes and flavors.

Tea with prunes and cloves
Benefits: Eating prunes increases the body's resistance to various infections, tones the body, and improves performance and mood.
It also improves skin condition and prevents inflammation.
In turn, cloves have a beneficial effect on the functions of the digestive system and relieve fatigue. Tea with cloves has long been used to treat colds.
Preparation: A rather unusual version of black tea — with prunes. Cut the dried fruit into 2-3 pieces, add cloves and pour hot tea.
Let the drink steep for a while before drinking. You can also add dried apricots or dried cherries to the drink.
Tea with cardamom
Benefits: This tea is great for colds. The vitamins and oils contained in the spice and tea with it help freshen breath, soothe toothache, increase overall body tone and strengthen immunity. The aroma and special taste of this drink perfectly lifts the mood, allowing you to forget about the seasonal blues.
Preparation: Take 5-6 spicy seeds and the zest of half an orange. Put everything in a saucepan, pour in a liter of water and cook for 10 minutes.
Place the tea leaves in the prepared teapot. Pour the resulting aromatic infusion over the tea leaves, wait 3 minutes and you can drink healthy tea.
This drink can be consumed with honey.
Mint tea

Preparation: to make mint tea, add 1 tsp of dried mint leaves to tea and pour 200 ml of boiling water. Let the tea steep for 5-10 minutes.
For colds - you can brew tea in the above method and add a slice of lemon and honey.
Ginger tea
Benefits: Ginger tea has tonic properties, it restores clarity of thought and, due to this, is especially recommended for people of intellectual work and creative professions. Such tea helps digestion and has a very beneficial effect on skin color. Hot ginger tea with lemon is one of the best remedies for preventing colds.
Preparation: cut ginger into small pieces, put in a teapot with 1 tsp. black tea. Pour water at a temperature of 90 ° C. Wrap the teapot with a towel, let the drink brew for 30 minutes. You can add 2 clove buds.
Orange tea
Benefits: This tea is rich in vitamin C. Orange tea will give you a boost of vigor, lift your spirits, and restore your strength.
Preparation: dried lemon and orange peels are needed. But if you don’t have them, prepare them from fresh ones. So, for 1 liter of water you will need 60 g of orange and lemon peels. If you have dried peels, pour boiling water over them, add a teaspoon of black or green tea and let them brew for 10 minutes. If the peels are fresh, let the tea brew for 5 minutes so that it doesn’t absorb the bitterness. Then strain the tea, add a little orange juice. Add honey or sugar to taste.
Sea buckthorn tea
Benefits: Sea buckthorn contains twice as much vitamin C as citrus fruits and twice as much vitamin E as wheat germ oil. Sea buckthorn tea keeps the body in good shape and treats colds.
Preparation: you will need 200 g of sea buckthorn, water - 500 ml, black tea - 1 tsp, honey - to taste. Mash half of the sea buckthorn berries into a puree, add the second part of the berries, a teaspoon of tea and pour boiling water over everything. Insist the tea for 5-10 minutes, strain and you can drink.
Add honey just before drinking tea or eat it as a snack with tea.
"Vitamin boom" from tea
Benefits: Finally, a hot vitamin cocktail made from ingredients whose beneficial and healing properties we have already told you about above.
Preparation: to 1 serving of black tea, add 1 slice of lemon, 2 thin slices of fresh ginger, 1 tsp. honey, 2-3 mint leaves. You can mix all the ingredients in advance so that they infuse together, and only then pour the hot drink.
Additional recommendation: before adding honey, mix it with 1 tsp. turmeric.
