Eggs for breakfast or what to cook quickly and tasty with eggs

We often find ourselves in a situation where we need to eat and there is little time to cook, so quick meals made with simple ingredients come to the rescue, and most often the main ingredient is chicken eggs. So we suggest diversifying your quick menu with a few new dishes.

Fluffy Ukrainian omelet

Ingredients: 8 eggs, 25 grams of lean ham, 3 boiled potatoes, 100 grams of green beans, 40 grams of butter, 70 grams of grated hard cheese, a pinch of ground pepper and salt.

Preparation: Cut potatoes, ham and green beans into small cubes. Melt the butter and pour it over the chopped vegetables, mix everything thoroughly and season with salt and pepper to taste. Divide the vegetable mixture into 4 parts. Separately, beat the eggs (it is better to beat 2 at a time) until foamy. Add the beaten eggs to the vegetables and fry in a pan on both sides. Sprinkle the finished dish with grated cheese.

Egg casserole

Ingredients: 150 ml of milk, 5 eggs, 100 g of sausage, 1 onion, 1 medium tomato, 1 sweet pepper, 2-3 tablespoons of grated hard cheese, salt and pepper to taste.

Preparation: Cut the vegetables and sausage into small pieces, mix and season with ground pepper and salt. Beat the eggs with milk. Place the vegetables and sausage in a heat-resistant dish, pour the milk-egg mixture over everything and bake in the oven for 7-10 minutes. Sprinkle with grated cheese or chopped herbs before serving.

Scrambled eggs with vegetables

Ingredients: 400 grams of your favorite vegetables, 4 eggs, 5 tablespoons of hard grated cheese, 2 tablespoons of butter.

Preparation: Boil the vegetables, if necessary, and cut into small pieces. Melt the butter and pour it over the vegetables. Mix everything and heat in the microwave for 3-4 minutes at full power. Mix and carefully pour in the eggs, breaking the yolks on top. Sprinkle the dish with grated cheese and bake in the oven for 2-3 minutes until the yolk becomes thick.

Scrambled eggs with bacon

Ingredients: 2 eggs, 40 grams of lard or bacon, salt and pepper to taste.

Preparation: Cut the lard into small pieces and fry until crispy. Beat the eggs separately and pour them over the lard, season with salt and pepper to taste. Fry until cooked over moderate heat.

Scrambled eggs with cheese and black bread

Ingredients : 100 grams of rye bread, 2 eggs, 2 tablespoons of butter, 2-3 tablespoons of grated hard cheese, salt to taste.

Preparation: Cut the crustless bread into thin slices, spread in a thin layer, add 1 tablespoon of butter and bake in the microwave for 1 minute. Pour in the eggs, add the rest of the butter, sprinkle with cheese and cook for 1.5 minutes.
