How to order

• choose the product you like, the size and click the "buy" button (then you can either click "continue shopping" or "place order");
  
• call one of the specified numbers ((050) 699-12-69, (068) 699-22-99, (063) 195-83-21)) and place an order by phone;
  
• provide order details in an email (product name, size, where the order should be sent, payment method, your name and surname, contact phone number).
  

Regardless of the order form you choose, our managers will contact you and agree on all the details.

Delivery

You can pick up the product that is in stock from our office (self-pickup), or it will be delivered by a courier service (Kyiv only), or we will send it to you by Nova Poshta or Ukrposhta. If the product is not in stock (you can see this information on the product card), then you need to wait for the period indicated on a particular product card. In cases of force majeure in production, we will notify you of an increase in the waiting period.

Returns and exchanges

You have the right to return or exchange the item within 14 days from the date of purchase. The item must be in its original condition (with a receipt, labels, and tags). The return is at the expense of the Sender, except in cases where the item is of inadequate quality (defects, defects) - in this case, the delivery is paid by the Recipient.

Return procedure:

• inform us about the fact of return (if there will be an exchange, indicate which product/size you would like to exchange for);
  
• send the item (in case of return, enclose a check and provide the bank card number to which we will refund the money);
  
• in case of exchange – we send the desired product (only after receiving the return and inspecting the previous shipment);
  
• The funds will be transferred to the card (the refund procedure takes up to 8 banking days).
